This place is great! I recently placed an order online ordering some pina zangaro materials. I very quickly received only part of the order. I called and the customer service people were super pleasant and they had the rest of it out to me the next week, just four days later. I was a little angry at first that the order was screwed up but the niceness of their staff won me over. I would definitely shop online there again.
